How does coaching work?
Coaching can be done in person or over
the phone. One on one sessions occur typically two to four times monthly.
Each session is 1 hour long.
The client defines the goal. The
coach comes to the meeting without an agenda of their own, acting as the
catalyst for change and keeping the focus on the client and what they want
to achieve.
When should I expect results?
Coaching is a process and not a quick fix.
The length of time is dependent on the person being coached and what is
to be accomplished. The goal for coaching is permanent change,
and change takes time. Because of that, we ask for at least a six
month commitment. |
